  8. 08Application for or management of the company name with the Central Mercantile Registry.

Notary and incorporation

  1. 09Selection and booking of the notary appointment.
  2. 10Transfer to the notary of the information required to prepare the deed of incorporation.
  3. 11Signing of the public deed of incorporation before the notary.

Tax and Commercial Registry

  1. 12Application for the company’s provisional NIF.
  2. 13Filing of the census declaration with the Spanish Tax Agency.

When you submit an application, request a STARTUPES launch notification, or contact us, we may process your name, email address, city, and information you voluntarily provide about your venture to respond, assess your interest, and manage STARTES-related communications.

Processing is based on consent and, where applicable, steps requested before entering into a contract. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.

4. Retention

Data is retained as long as necessary to address your request and afterward for periods required by law or to defend potential claims.

5. Recipients and transfers

Personal data will not be sold. Technology providers acting as processors and public authorities where legally required may access it. Legally required safeguards apply to transfers outside the European Economic Area.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, or portability by writing to soporte.es@startes.com. You may also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

7. Minors

Programs on this website are intended for people age 18 and older. We do not knowingly request information from minors.
